Holmes Run Valley Civic Association (HRVCA) is a non-profit and non-partisan organization of neighbors dedicated to sharing information relevant to the lives and property of homeowners and residents, making the views of the community known to local and state authorities, and taking actions to improve the common good and general welfare of residents.

HRVCA specifically includes the area of Falls Church that extends south of Annandale Road, between Slade Run Drive and Sleepy Hollow Road, all the way down to the Holmes Run stream park/area. The western side of the community boundary includes Princess Anne Lane, Rolfs Road, Nicholson Road, Kennedy Lane, Van Winkle Drive, Tansey Drive and Valley Brook Drive (and adjacent streets Hawthorne Lane, Wraywood Place and Horseman Lane). The eastern community boundary includes Vagabond Drive, Roundtree Road, Ted Drive and Mildred Drive (and adjacent streets (Slade Court and Siesta Drive south of Vagabond Drive)
